LinkedIn users slam Mahesh Murthy for his ill researched post against Flipkart

After getting befitting replies for spreading lies on twitter and facebook now liberals are using linkedin for spreading their propaganda. After 16 May 2014 the hate for Modi and BJP has shifted its goal post and their hate is becoming hate for India and Indian culture  and this hate has been rising exponentially.

The recent case was when Mahesh Murthy , the so called Investor and marketer posted this ill researched post on his linkedin.

The data that has been here is correct but the way it has been portrayed makes a lot of the difference. The salary of Flipkart executives is used also include large portion of liquidated Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) that had been accumulated over the years. Flipkart started providing ESOPs in 2009 after it saw a profit of Rs 6 crore from its first round of funding with Accel Partners. In comparison, Amazon salary figures are just annual salary packages.

Interestingly linkedin users understood the "catch" and Mahesh Murthy received punches full of facts.

I doubt that a learned man like Mahesh Murthy will post any Whatsapp forwarded message on a professional platform like linkedin.  There are few questions which needs to be answered. Was there any vested interest behind posting this ill researched post ? Is seedfund trying to create a hype against flipkart so that Flipkart's valuation rating gets down ?

Mahesh Murthy has a verified account and over 91000 followers on twitter. His presence on social media is huge and every post receives a large traffic. Flipkart is an inspiration for Indian startups. Such surrogate marketing for Amazon will definitely do more hard to the idea of Digital India and Startup India. Hope people will become more sensible before posting anything online.
